Welcome to Jacksonville Industry Liaison Group Website

Welcome to the Jacksonville Industry Liaison Group (JILG) website.  The JILG was established in 1993 by a small group of local federal contractors and has grown to over 40 member companies.  The mission of the Jacksonville Industry Liaison Group is to foster and strengthen the partnership between the OFCCP, EEOC, and other government agencies with private industry government contractors.  The companies involved hope to provide leadership in establishing and supporting standards of compliance, while providing and valuing a diverse workplace.

Membership is open to business professionals in the government contracting community.  However, all are welcome to attend our bi-monthly “lunch and learn” workshops and many of our topics cross over between issues that are not only important to government contractors, but also to human resource professionals.  Please see our calendar of events for more information.
